Please note: Online checkout coming soon: nothing on this site can be bought yet. This page describes the policy we intend to follow for paid purchases and will be finalised before online checkout opens.

What we sell

Digital artwork files only (high-quality PNG images). Nothing physical is posted to you — every purchase is a digital download, not a physical item. Framed prints, fine art prints and canvases are planned but cannot be ordered. Each artwork page says exactly what is included, the file format and size, and the licence. Please look closely at the previews and read the artwork page before buying, and email us with any questions before you pay.

Prices, tax and checkout

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and are provisional and not final until checkout opens. Online checkout coming soon. When it opens, payments will be handled by Dodo Payments, which acts as the merchant of record: Dodo is the legal seller of your purchase, its name appears on your card statement and receipt, and it handles payment processing and calculates and collects any sales tax or VAT. We will also show Dodo's name at checkout before you pay. Any tax or currency conversion that applies will be shown at checkout. We never see or store your card details.

Delivery

After a payment is confirmed you receive a download link or file for your purchase. You are responsible for giving a correct email address and for having software that can open PNG files. If a purchase does not arrive, email us and we will sort it out.

Immediate delivery and changing your mind

Our artworks are digital files delivered as soon as your payment is confirmed. Because of that, checkout will ask you to agree clearly to immediate delivery and to acknowledge that, where the law allows, your right to change your mind and cancel can be lost once downloading begins. If a file is faulty, missing or not as described, your legal remedies are not affected — see our refund and file-problem policy. Nothing here affects your freedom to contact your bank about fraud, or any statutory rights you have that cannot be limited.

Your licence

Each artwork comes with a personal-use licence: print for your own home, give printed copies as gifts, and use it on your own devices. You may not resell, share or redistribute the file, use it in products you sell or for other commercial purposes, present it as your own work, or use it to train other AI tools. AI-assisted artwork

Every artwork is created with the help of AI tools and chosen and finished under Lucy’s creative direction. Each listing says so. We keep records of how each piece was made.

Accuracy, colour and print size

Colours vary with screens, printers, ink and paper. Preview images on this site are watermarked and smaller than the file you would receive; the purchased file has no watermark. Our current artworks are 1024 × 1024 pixels, which suits screens, cards and small prints; ask your print shop to check quality before printing larger. Falklands-inspired artwork must not be presented as an official government emblem or endorsement.

Your legal rights

Nothing in these terms takes away or limits any right you have under the law that cannot be taken away or limited, including your rights as a consumer where they apply.

Law and disputes

The governing law and how disputes are handled will be confirmed here before online checkout opens.

Changes

We may update these terms. The terms shown when you complete a purchase are the ones that apply to that purchase.
