Collect less. Keep less. Here is what this site does and does not do with personal information.
Please note: Online checkout coming soon: nothing on this site can be bought yet. This page describes the policy we intend to follow for paid purchases and will be finalised before online checkout opens.
The short version
This website does not ask for personal information, has no accounts or sign-up, and uses no analytics or advertising trackers of its own. It sets no cookies. If you choose a language, your choice is remembered in your own browser storage on your device and is not sent to us.
Fonts
The site’s text fonts (Jost and Playfair Display) are served from this website’s own files. They are not loaded from Google or any other outside font service.
Website hosting
This website is hosted by Cloudflare. Like any web host, it processes technical information such as your IP address when your browser asks for a page or an image, in order to deliver the site and keep it secure. We do not add analytics or advertising trackers of our own. Cloudflare’s own privacy notice applies to what it processes.
If you email us
If you write to lucycreations.studio@gmail.com, we receive your email address and whatever you tell us. We use it to reply and to help with your question, and we keep the conversation for as long as it is useful or needed. Please do not send card or bank details by email. Our email address is a Gmail address, so messages pass through Google’s email service.
When checkout opens
Online checkout coming soon. We are not taking orders or collecting order data today. When it opens, payments will be taken by Dodo Payments, which acts as the merchant of record for the sale. Dodo will collect the details it needs to take payment and meet tax rules — for example your name, email address, billing address and payment details — under its own buyer terms and privacy policy, which we will link at checkout. We expect to receive only what we need to deliver your purchase and keep our records: your email address, the artwork, the amount paid, an order reference, and records of delivery and support. We will show the full list of what is shared before you pay. We will not see your full card details.
Marketing
We do not send marketing emails today. If that ever changes, we will only email you about it if you have clearly agreed.
How long we keep things
Only as long as needed for delivery, support, accounting or legal reasons. We will set out the specific periods here before online checkout opens.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to see, correct or ask us to delete the personal information we hold about you. Email lucycreations.studio@gmail.com and we will help.
Other services
When checkout opens, Dodo Payments will process payments as merchant of record; what Dodo collects is covered by Dodo’s own privacy notice, and we will link to it here and at checkout before you pay. If we ever add other services, their notices will be linked from here too.
